Who are Qualitymark?
Qualitymark Protection is a UK provider of financial protection for the home improvement industry. It is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA ref: 629677) and is a TrustMark approved financial protection provider. Only installers who pass Qualitymark’s vetting and certification checks, and keep meeting them, can offer its protection.
Your workmanship, guaranteed
Every Solar Select customer receives a written installer warranty covering the workmanship and installation of their system. Through Qualitymark, that warranty can be backed by an Insurance Backed Guarantee (IBG). In the unlikely event we stopped trading and couldn’t honour our guarantee, the IBG means you’d still be covered for the rest of the guarantee period. Your deposit, protected
Qualitymark’s deposit protection insurance keeps your upfront payment safe for up to 90 days, covering you between paying your deposit and your installation going ahead.
