The ESA Series is an all-in-one home battery. The hybrid inverter, the LiFePO₄ battery modules, the backup switching and the enclosure all come in a single, pre-wired unit, which keeps the installation compact and quick.

The ESA Series integrates the hybrid inverter, LFP battery stack, backup switching and battery enclosure into one pre-wired unit. That means less wiring, a tidier finish and a faster installation – in the right conditions the unit can be fitted in as little as 10 minutes.
Choose from six inverter sizes between 3 kW and 10 kW, paired with 5 kWh and 8 kWh battery modules that can be freely mixed in a single stack. Start at 5 kWh and scale all the way up to 48 kWh, with up to six modules per stack and multiple stacks linked in parallel.
If there is a power cut, the ESA switches to backup mode in under 4 milliseconds – fast enough to keep your lights, Wi-Fi and sensitive electronics running without a flicker. Full house backup up to 63A is built in, with no extra gateway required (provided your main house fuse is 63A).
The ESA uses Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO₄) cells, prized for their thermal stability and long cycle life. A six-layer safety system, including aerosol fire suppression and AI-driven AFCI 3.0 arc-fault detection, looks after your home around the clock.
With fanless cooling and a noise level below 30 dB, the ESA runs almost silently. There are no moving parts to wear out, so maintenance is minimal.
Rated IP66 for full weather protection, the ESA can be installed indoors or outdoors. Optional integrated heating keeps it working reliably in temperatures as low as -18°C, for dependable performance through cold UK winters.
GoodWe’s SEMS app gives you real-time visibility of your energy flows, battery status and system performance from your smartphone, while remote diagnostics and firmware updates keep everything running at its best.
